A HUGE thank you to Chasing Hazel Foundation for their incredibly generous $1,000 donation to Lola. Because of their support, we were able to purchase many of the items needed to get our new location fully set up and running. Every dollar helped turn an empty space into a place that feels welcoming, comfortable, and ready for the people we support to truly make it their own.

We are so grateful to have organizations like Chasing Hazel supporting us as we grow.

And if you don’t already know, Chasing Hazel Foundation is a wonderful organization dedicated to advocating for individuals with Down syndrome and supporting their families through education, resources, and community connection. We’re now accepting applications for Lola’s Summer Group.

Don’t wait, applications close April 1st!

Our process begins with a brief eligibility screening- This screening helps determine whether our program is the right fit before moving forward. Families who meet eligibility criteria are then invited to complete a full application. This approach allows us to be thoughtful, transparent, and fair-and helps ensure the safety and success of everyone in our program.
