Lola’s Round Table was created April 2018 by Founder and Executive Director Lauryn Lefrancois.

After working in the developmental services sector for many years, she began to notice a need for respite programs geared toward adults with disabilities. It was very common to hear families concerns about what to do after high school as very limited information and programming is available after this life stage. Families are informed about 24 hour living, however, the wait list can be 15 years or longer for many people, some may never even see a 24 hour home. It has become more common for families to have their family member live with them as long as possible however, they still need support during this time for various reasons and Lola’s around Table was created to do just that!

Lola’s Round Table is working toward offering as many programs and services as possible to families in Windsor-Essex County to help create opportunities for people in our community to achieve their greatest potential.

Happy birthday
