Fill out the form below to register your car. Spots require immediate payment in full to hold. All fees are non refundable as they are used to promote the events.

Vendor Registration Form
- Event will run from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Set up can begin at 8:00am and take down will start at 4:00pm
- Tent Size must be 10×10 or smaller. Note* this event is held on a concrete parking lot
- Vendors must provide their own equipment (canopies, tables, chairs etc.)
- All food vendors must complete a Food Vendor Application Form and submit it to the health unit at least 30 days before the event
- Spots require immediate payment in full to hold
- All fees are non refundable as they are used to promote the events

- No electricity or running water is available
